Our Himalayan salt products are handcrafted, natural, and inherently fragile. To maintain product quality and ensure fair handling, the following return exceptions apply.
1. Natural Variations Are Not Considered Defects: Himalayan salt products naturally vary in color, texture, veins, and patterns, and minor surface irregularities. These are normal characteristics and not eligible for returns or replacements.
2. Minor Chips & Rough Edges: Due to the crystalline nature of salt, small edge chips, micro-cracks, or rough surfaces may occur during manufacturing or transit. These do not affect performance and are not grounds for a return.
3. Moisture-Related Changes: Salt absorbs moisture. Slight dampness, small salt shedding or flaking, and surface whitening from humidity are expected characteristics of natural salt and are not returnable.
4. Heat-Related Changes: Cooking blocks, tiles, and plates may darken, crack slightly, or develop heat lines when heated according to usage guidelines. These are normal and not considered defects.
5. Non-Returnable Product Types: The following products cannot be returned due to their fragile nature: Himalayan salt blocks & tiles, salt cooking plates, salt lamps & salt lamp rocks, salt bowls, glasses, cups, salt massage stones, and salt detox domes.
6. All Other Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
7. Eligibility for Shipping Damage Claims: We accept a claim only if the product arrives broken into multiple pieces, is completely unusable, the damage occurred during shipping, and proof is provided (clear photos of packaging + product).
8. Claim Window: Customers must report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos and the order number.
9. How to Submit a Claim: Email us at orders@pinksaltbrick.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of both the product and packaging.
10. Resolution Options: If your claim is approved, we offer a free replacement or store credit of equal value.
